Chris Tomlin releases his seventh studio project this week, And If Our God Is For Us… (sixsteps). Produced by Ed Cash (Steven Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant) and Dan Muckala (The Afters, Brandon Heath), the new album features singles “Our God” and “I Will Follow.” Purchase the album on iTunes here.
In addition to releasing a brand-new album, Tomlin married his girlfriend of two years, Lauren, on November 10. Louie Giglio officiated the ceremony, and congratulatory tweets from both Louie and his wife Shelley announced the songwriter’s nuptials last week. In a recent interview with a Sounds of the Spirit Radio Network affiliate out of Las Vegas, Tomlin recently shared the story behind his proposal in Guatemala and what it took to get his fiancée there. He also talks about his new album and how it’s different from previous efforts in the interview below.
